Board of Trustees
The LVCT Health governance comprises a Board of Trustees (BOT) drawn from diverse competencies such as finance, legal, private sector expertise and representations such as persons living with HIV, vulnerable groups. The seven member BOT provides policy, financial and strategic direction oversight.
Eng. Patrick Obath is the chairman of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) with over 36 years’ experience in senior private sectors and strategy organization systems.
Dr. Miriam Taegtmeyer is trained in general internal medicine and infectious diseases with over 18 years of experience in HIV counseling and testing.
Mr. Joshua Odongo is the CEO and founder of Widows and Orphans International with over 15 years’ experience in Healthcare, capacity development and managing National Health Service (NHS) accredited institutions.
Hon Mr. Justice Isaac Lenaola is a judge of the High Court of Kenya with over 15 years’ experience as a magistrate. Justice Lenaola also serves as a judge of the East African Court and member of the Judicial Service Commission.
Irene Mbote is the National Human Resource Management Officer at United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) with over 12 years of experience in human resource management.
