Timisha Model

The Timisha Capacity Development Model employs an integrated mentorship approach based on LVCT Health experiences in program work, policy engagement and research, and addresses the organisation, and institution systems, as well as the technical capacity building.  Technical capacity building focuses on skills building in the key program areas with the aim of addressing service delivery and coverage gaps, while the institutional system strengthening focuses on the institution’s systems and structures.
