Globally, there is a commitment to end the AIDS epidemic by 2030. But the challenge remains, how to significantly reduce infections while scaling up treatment and care. LVCT Health contributed to the global and national efforts to reduce new HIV infections, HIV related morbidity and mortality as well as GBV prevention and response. During the year, we worked in 25 counties, reaching over 4 million people with innovative needs-responsive quality programmes and services that also addressed the practices, norms and structures that perpetuate spread of HIV and GBV.
In 2017, as highlighted in this Score Card 2016-2017, we continued to be one of the leading organisations in provision of HIV testing services and combination prevention programs for Key Population, adolescents and young women. (Click image to open).
