Ms Purity Gichuru is a seasoned finance and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in managing finance and operations portfolios in the international development sector. As the Operations Director, she is responsible for providing leadership oversight on the management of Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Legal, ICT, Human Resources and Administration functions. She has valuable expertise in development and implementation of sound internal controls, operational and financial management systems, and capacity building of multi-disciplinary teams.

In her years of practice, she has supported the implementation of several large and complex USAID-funded grants.

Ms Purity holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Human relations) and a BSc in International Business Administration (Finance & Accounting). She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya.
