HIV Care and Treatment

HIV Care and Treatment

LVCT Health focuses on attaining the UNAIDS global targets 95:95: 95; 95% of all people living with HIV will know their status; 95% of all people diagnosed with HIV infection will receive life-sustaining antiretroviral therapy; 95% of all people on antiretroviral therapy will attain viral suppression.

We support innovative, community-led, person-centered HIV/TB services among at-risk and vulnerable populations.

We contribute to the removal of structural barriers that prevent priority populations from accessing HIV services.

We support facility-based care and treatment in over 800 health facilities in 34 counties in Kenya.

Our Strategic Focus

  • Implement and scale up effective models for delivery of HIV care and treatment for the different populations
  • Provide and/or pilot differentiated service delivery and integrated models for HIV care and treatment
  • Implement and scale up effective models for delivery of TB prevention, diagnosis and treatment for the different populations.
