Mental Health
Mental Health has emerged as a significant concern in recent years.
LVCT Health initiated mental health services during the COVID-19 lockdown period.
LVCT Health has responded quickly to the emerging need and has grown this service to cover individuals across our programs and workplaces.
To date, over 10,000 young people have been provided with tele-counselling through the 1190 hotline, over 300 staff trained, including the Prisons leadership and over 100 Kenyan companies provided mental health awareness services.
