HIV Care and Treatment

HIV Care and Treatment

LVCT Health is committed to achieving the UNAIDS global targets of 95:95:95: ensuring that 95% of all people living with HIV know their status, 95% of those diagnosed with HIV receive life-sustaining antiretroviral therapy, and 95% of individuals on antiretroviral therapy achieve viral suppression.

We promote innovative, community-led, and person-centered HIV/TB services to most at risk populations. Additionally, we work to eliminate structural barriers that hinder priority populations from accessing HIV services.

Our efforts include providing facility-based care and treatment in over 800 health facilities across 34 counties in Kenya.

Our Strategic Focus

  • Implement and scale up effective models for delivery of HIV care and treatment for the different populations
  • Provide and/or pilot differentiated service delivery and integrated models for HIV care and treatment
  • Implement and scale up effective models for delivery of TB prevention, diagnosis and treatment for the different populations.
  • Integrate HIV and TB with cervical cancer, Hepatitis (for PWID) screening and management
