An international development professional with over 22 years of experience in international development working across different sectors including private sector development. She is currently the Africa Director for NIRAS International Consulting overseeing country offices and projects in economic development, climate change, infrastructure and governance. Previously Florence was the Country Senior Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Rwanda. Her expertise includes governance, MSME development, programme management, fund management, audit, finance and investment.
