Going Beyond: Our New Strategic Vision 2022-2027
For more than 20 years, LVCT Health has been a driving force in implementing integrated health programs at scale in Kenya and beyond. Our unwavering commitment to a future where the health and mental well-being are accessible is a testament to our vision of empowered, healthy, and resilient communities.
The Strategic Plan for 2022-2027 is inspired by the need for continued repositioning within the evolving operating context and the importance of collaborative approaches. We remain steadfast in our mission and vision. Our ambition for greater impact sets a course for going beyond the status quo to new frontiers: beyond HIV, beyond borders, and towards sustainability.
Over the next five years, we will remain dedicated to facilitating universal access to equitable, integrated health services for vulnerable, marginalized, and at-risk populations. We will offer comprehensive HIV and TB prevention, treatment, and related services, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), gender-based violence (GBV), and mental health programming in facility and community settings while strengthening health systems. Moreover, we will continue to utilize data to inform program priorities and target populations in need of our services.
With optimism and determination, we are ready to confront today’s challenges and expand our partnerships to deliver greater access to services and opportunities for the populations we serve through advocacy, research, digital innovation, and investment in our institutional capacity, including our operational systems for optimal utilization of resources entrusted to us.
