Mary  Valai is an Administration professional with over 10 years’ experience in administrative program support. Currently, Mary is the Program Assistant supporting the Research and Evaluation, Strategic Information and Gender Based Violence programs in LVCT Health. Mary has experience in collation, submission of research documentation to relevant local IRBs to ensure ethical approval is received, and to NACOSTI so that Research permits are obtained.  She also plays a key role in ensuring close out processes for the studies are effected. She has successfully ensured approval of several research studies As part of support to LVCT Health’s visibility, she has been instrumental in sharing alerts on conferences whose themes and tracks t are relevant to the organization’s core areas of work.
